Booking & Consultation Policy

Consultation Format

All nutrition consultations are conducted online only via video call. No in-person sessions are offered at this time.

Payment & Booking

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking for all services, including single sessions and multi-session packages.

  • Appointments are confirmed only once payment has been received.

Packages & Validity

  • 3-Session Package: valid for 8 weeks from the date of the first session

  • 6-Session Package: valid for 12 weeks from the date of the first session

  • Sessions not used within the validity period are forfeited.

  • Unused sessions are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Each client is granted one (1) grace pass for a late cancellation or reschedule.

  • After the grace pass has been used:

    • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be counted as a used session.

    • No-shows will be charged in full.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time, regardless of arrival time.

  • Extensions may be offered only if availability allows and are not guaranteed.

  • Arriving 15 minutes or more late is considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited.

Between-Session Communication

  • Messaging support may be offered between sessions at the practitioner’s discretion.

  • Availability, response time, and communication hours are not guaranteed and may vary.

  • Messaging support is not an obligation and does not replace scheduled consultations.

Scope of Practice & Responsibility

  • Nutrition consultations are educational and consultative in nature.

  • Cress Dietetics does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

  • Clients remain fully responsible for how they choose to apply the information discussed.

  • For medical concerns, emergencies, or urgent issues, clients must consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Professional Boundaries

Cress Dietetics reserves the right to:

  • Decline or discontinue services if the professional relationship is no longer appropriate.

  • Terminate a working relationship respectfully and professionally, at discretion.

  • Issue partial refunds only when deemed appropriate and at sole discretion.

By booking a consultation, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
